What we liked
- + Wipe-clean vinyl surface can be rewritten and re-stuck, handy when the same jar gets a new ferment.
- + Includes a white chalk marker, so the set is ready to use out of the box.
- + 180 labels at 2 x 2.95 inches give room for a name and start date on each jar.
Trade-offs
- - Chalk marker writing can smear on damp jars, so labels may need rewriting during a long ferment.
- - A single roll in one size, with no variety of shapes or colors.
