What we liked
- + Lids, weights and pump in one box, so the only thing left to supply is the wide mouth jars.
- + Low-profile waterless airlock lids with four grip tabs for opening and a thick gasket, in hard BPA-free plastic.
- + Date reminder on each lid tracks when a batch was started.
Trade-offs
- - Costs more than lid-and-pump kits without weights, so it pays off only if you need the weights too.
- - The pump appears in the title, but the bullets focus on the lids and weights, so pump details are thin.
