What we liked
- + 5kg capacity weighs shredded cabbage batches for accurate salting
- + Large readout and simple buttons are easy for everyday use
- + Affordable scale covers most vegetable ferment weighing tasks
Trade-offs
- - 1g increments are too coarse for weighing cultures and spores
- - Plastic body feels less durable than steel-top scales
