What we liked
- + 18/8 stainless steel spigot, which the listing describes as rust-proof and corrosion-proof.
- + Metal stand raises the jar for easier pouring, so a glass fits under the spigot.
- + Two-gallon thick glass body with a lid, a blackboard label and a spare spigot.
Trade-offs
- - At about 16.8 inches tall on its stand it needs room on the counter or shelf.
- - Sold as a party drink dispenser, not as a fermentation vessel.
