What we liked
- + Sold as dormant live grains that the listing says wake up with sugar and water.
- + Dairy-free and vegan, and the listing says the grains multiply with each batch.
- + A low-cost way into water kefir, since only the grains are sold.
Trade-offs
- - Dormant grains need a revival period before the first usable batch.
- - Grains only: no jar or strainer, and the listing text is mostly marketing language.
