What we liked
- + 5 Liter size suits a household that drinks a few glasses a day
- + Cultures for Health is a well-known culture brand, so the jar fits their brew method
- + Glass jar with spout lets you tap kombucha and refill without moving the SCOBY
Trade-offs
- - Smaller volume than 2 Gallon vessels, so heavy drinkers may run short
- - No stand is included, so it needs a counter edge for bottle clearance
