What we liked
- + Pump is included in the box, so the lids and the air-extraction step come as one matched system.
- + Lids are durable plastic with a gasket the listing describes as leak-proof for an airtight fit.
- + Fits wide mouth mason jars of any volume, so the kit works with jars you already own.
Trade-offs
- - Three lids only, fewer than the 4 and 6 lid kits this guide also covers.
- - No jars or weights are included, and the listing gives no figure for how long the vacuum holds.
