What we liked
- + Two 1-gallon glass jars with dispensing valves in one kit, enough for two continuous brews.
- + Includes elastic cloth covers and six adhesive temperature strips.
- + Listed for home brewing and also usable for other drinks you flavor yourself.
Trade-offs
- - The listing says the spigots are plastic, which some brewers avoid.
- - No stand is listed and the culture is not included; the listing also warns that glass can break in transit.
